Having produced 50 different programs totalling more than 1000 broadcasting hours in 2006, Nordisk Film TV is a prime creator and producer of television content in the Nordic countries.
In our TV production companies in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki, we create and produce creative international and home-grown TV formats in a wide variety of genres, including prime time entertainment, serial drama, factual entertainment, and lifestyle.
Nordisk Film TV has established an international division, Nordisk Film TV World, which distributes Nordisk Film’s home-grown formats on the international market. Also, Nordisk Film TV World is responsible for buying strong format rights for the Nordic television company.
Nordisk Film TV World is the official format distributor for a range of other Nordic companies, including Swedish pub-caster SVT.
Nordisk Film \ PLAY is a new strategic alliance between Nordisk Film TV and TBWA\PLAY, which is the digital division of world-wide advertising agency TBWA.
Nordisk Film \ PLAY offers innovative, unique and targeted brand channels – online, consumer-oriented TV stations – for both Danish and international companies. The constellation is a full-service agency, encompassing both content production and technical platforms for brand channels.

Nordisk Film has recently invested in new production companies that we believe will sharpen our competitive edge in various areas:
Substanz – creates and develops brands, ideas and content for a variety of media. Substanz also publishes books and board games in the Nordic countries.
Co+Tv – develops creative content and TV formats for stations and channels all over Europe. Co+Tv also develops “branded entertainment” in the shape of advertising-funded concepts for TV, web, cell phones and other media.
Respirator – creates comedy programs and formats for TV, cell phones and the web. The concepts target both national and international customers and consumers.
Produktionsselskabet Angora – creates comedy for TV and explores other genres in film and television. The company also has an ambition to develop new talent for the Danish movie and TV business.
