Nordisk Film is an informal company. The doors are always open and we have no dress code. Every second year we make an analysis of work relations throughout the entire company. The purpose is to find out how satisfied our co-workers are, and on that basis make Nordisk Film an even better workplace.
Furthermore Nordisk Film is a smoke free environment. And alcohol is not approved of during business hours. Our dining halls prepare and serve home cooked and healthy food.
To have fun is also an important part of working together. Nordisk Film annually arranges parties for all co-workers. And now and again Friday night fun is on the programme.
