At Nordisk Film we find it of great importance that our co-workers always possess the proper competence and knowledge. Our ambition is to secure everyone the possibility of growing with the job.

To strengthen the personal development of our co-workers we have introduced a mentor arrangement. Focusing on experience and knowledge within the company young co-workers will be connected to a more experienced co-worker for a period of two years. The mentor will educate, supervise and offer constructive feedback.

We also spend great resources in executive training. That way we obtain the best leaders in the business. And nobody will risk getting stuck in their jobs.

Each year personal development conversations are held. The purpose is to clarify expectations and wishes of managers and co-workers. The conversations focus on planning, personal development and an overall evaluation of the job description and the work performed.

Every second year we make an analysis of work relations within the entire company. The purpose is to find out how satisfied our co-workers are, and on that basis make Nordisk Film an even better workplace.
