I started working at Nordisk Film in August 2003, when I was employed in Palads.
I was attracted to many different aspects of Nordisk Film. There is my work, in which I have the opportunity to use my experiences from the travel business to give a lot of guests some good experiences, when they visit the cinema. But I also simply like a good story and have a lot of good memories from the cinema. These are especially from my childhood in Nyborg, where my sister and I often used our Sunday afternoons in the company of “The Olsen Gang”, “ET” and “Father of Four”. So it was natural for me to be a part of the world that makes good stories.
I have a passion for being a good leader to my employees, for listening to them and creating an atmoshpere, which makes the employees capable of giving our guests the most optimal service. At the same time, I want to make Nordisk Film Cinemas an even better place to work as well as creating an even better experience for our guests.
I have a lot of great moments in the everyday life. Such as when we are really busy and do our best to give the guests a really, good experience. Another great moment is when the children in the cinema are waiting for the movie to begin, sitting there with cups full of popcorn and big, hopeful eyes. It could also be when an employee tells me about his/her last success with some of the guests – then I feel that everything succeeds. and that it is fun to work for the polar bear.
