While the first instalment THE KEEPER OF LOST CAUSES topped 724,000 admissions in the Danish cinemas, the audience has something to look forward to in the next screen adaption of Jussi Adler-Olsens bestselling Department Q-series: THE ABSENT ONE.

The film will be released in Denmark October 2nd and is expected to be one of the year's biggest cinematic successes. Previously, Zentropa and Nordisk Film Cinema Distribution have published a teaser trailer and a still photo from THE ABSENT ONE. Now they release a new still photo from the finished film.

In the picture we see Carl Mørck (Nikolaj Lie Kaas) talk to the homeless girl Kimmie (Danica Curcic) in a prison cell. Kimmie is one of the most central figures in the novel behind the film, and today the public will for the first time get a glimpse of how Kimmie is going to look like in the film version.
